Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.
Insurance
Our practice participates with Blue Cross Dental, Blue Cross Dental CHIP, and most United Concordia plans. Please verify any insurance coverage and eligibility prior to your appointment. We will gladly prepare any necessary insurance forms for your orthodontic benefits. Please note, should insurance benefits or eligibility changes result in less than anticipated coverage, you will be financially responsible for any remaining owed balances.
