Dr. Katherine Hilton - Hilton-Diminick Orthodontics

Dr. Katherine Hilton, the daughter of Dr. Edward Hilton, recently graduated from her postdoctoral orthodontic residency training at the Seton Hill University Center for Orthodontics.

After receiving her Pharm.D. and B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Duquesne University, Dr. Hilton earned a dual degree Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master’s in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Then, she completed her post-graduate specialty training, earning her certificate and Master of Science in Orthodontics, honing her orthodontic skills to efficiently utilize a number of orthodontic appliances and optimize treatment for her patients.

Dr. Hilton has completed research on arch width changes and the prognosis of lower incisor crowding in cases treated with aligner therapy to help the orthodontic community improve their understanding of aligner stability and enhance the longevity of treatment outcomes. Additionally, she obtained certification through the Invisalign Aligner Intensive Fellowship and advanced training with the edgewise appliance from the Charles H. Tweed International Foundation, and is a member of the American Association for Orthodontists.

As part of the orthodontic team at Hilton-Diminick Orthodontic Associates, Dr. Hilton hopes to explore the most efficient and cutting-edge orthodontic treatment options and to provide personalized and empathetic care to both pediatric and adult patients.

Dr. Hilton is currently a proud aunt to two little nieces and a nephew, whom she enjoys spoiling with baked treats! She also plays music and dabbles in art in her free time. She is currently living in Mechanicsburg and loves going for walks and bike rides on the beautiful PA trails with family and friends!
