As we celebrate Dr. Edward Hilton’s 40th anniversary in orthodontics, we look back on the past four decades with a deep sense of accomplishment and gratitude.

A Humble Beginning in 1985

Dr. Hilton began his orthodontic career in 1985, returning to his hometown after completing dental and orthodontic training in Philadelphia. He started working alongside Dr. Larry DiPietro, embracing the opportunity to serve the community he grew up in.

A Partnership Built on Compassion and Humor

After several years, Dr. Hilton was joined by his long-time partner, Dr. Kenneth Diminick. Together, they built a practice that quickly became known for its compassionate care, good humor, and personalized approach to every patient. Their shared vision helped create a welcoming environment where patients of all ages could feel at ease.

Welcoming the Next Generation of Care

The practice has grown to include the next generation of doctors, continuing the legacy of trusted orthodontic care. Dr. Joseph Diminick and Dr. Katherine Hilton later joined the team, followed by associate Dr. Melissa Seidel. With each new addition, the practice has continued to expand its reach and strengthen its commitment to reliable, efficient, and individualized care for children, teens, and adults alike.

Embracing Innovation and Growth

A lot has changed over the years—from the days of plaster models and handwritten charts to digital records and clear aligner therapy. Hilton Diminick Orthodontics has embraced every new advancement with enthusiasm and persistence. The opening of our offices in Harrisburg and Carlisle marked significant milestones, allowing us to better serve patients throughout South Central Pennsylvania.
